Turn key – Fully operational now, ready to occupy.
Bedrooms – The villa was originally designed as a 4 bedroom villa + A/V room + Study. This is shown in the floor plans.
The AV room and study were converted to give a total of 6 bedrooms. There is also a large spare 7th room that could be converted to a bedroom/study/Gym. Private users can of course convert all 7 rooms as they please. The space is there.
Children – The top level main living room can be closed entirely and air conned, also to keep infants indoors. If desired a basic modification can be made to the top deck perimeter, by replacing the stone seat with a tempered glass barrier 1 meter high. Please ask if you wish to see an example of this on a villa of the same design.
Kitchen – is separate from the dining and living room. Other villas in the estate of same design have an open plan kitchen. This can be achieved by removing the wall between the two areas. Please ask to see the examples from other villas.
