History:
Amazing Phuket Property is an independent real estate agency run by Amnart ‘Am’ Munpanklang, from Phuket and Jeremy Khan from England.
Am grew up in Phuket and has a background in property management for private villa owners. Am uses this accumulated experience to advise buyers on which aspects of a property make them good long term purchases and how to keep a property in tip top condition. Am has a proven track record in putting in place professional villa management and rental programmes for owners.
Jeremy has lived in Thailand since 1995 and worked in Phuket real estate from 2001 with Phuket’s first foreign real estate agent and private developer of the modern era, William Pinsent at Kalim Beachfront near the White Box Restaurant. Many of Phuket’s first wave of foreign buyers from the mid 1980s onwards bought with William and his family at Phuket Land.
Amazing Phuket Property was begun in 2010 by Am and Jeremy and has specialised in quality oceanfront and near ocean property resales ever since.

Our methodology is to learn about a client’s lifestyle and investment aspirations for their time and property in Phuket, then suggest and work on those properties which best match these needs. We are very dynamic and flexible and so provide as much care and high value consultation as required during a client’s property search. However, we recognise that buying in Phuket is a process and so are a low pressure firm, adopting a long term strategy towards sales and helping clients feel comfortable in the market before they make any purchase decisions. Most of Amazing Phuket Property’s business is through direct, private referral based on relationships built up with owners over 18 years.  Our reach extends beyond the listings on our website as we work closely with Phuket’s better agencies to source additional specific and relevant property. We also work closely with and can recommend other property professionals in the Architectural, Project Management and Rental Marketing spheres.

With 20 years of continuous Real Estate sales in Phuket, we have built up sales information and critical owner and independent professional feedback on almost every significant estate on the island. We thus have key resale information and access to sales where you wish to focus and will specifically seek out property if required even if it isn’t publicly listed. If we don’t know about a property, we will find out for you.
One of our expertises is in sourcing plots for individual villa builds and then introducing and liaising with project build teams. Building on Phuket can be very fulfilling design wise and financially attractive when working with an experienced and professional project team.
