The house has 12m of beach frontage and is surprisingly private as the beach is little used by tourists.
There are restaurants which deliver breakfast and other meals within 40 metres walk.
300 meters walk towards Patong is the afternoon and night food bazaar along the beach front, perfect for easy snacks and sundowners beside the beach.
Tuk Tuks pass by regularly, making access to Patong Beach and town centre very quick and easy.
The villa is rented with daily maid cleaning service and all utilities.
